Avalon model sucks
We built our house in 2016. We have 3 Avalon tub/shower faucets. The cartridges leak and need replaced often. And part 970-079 ( stem extender/adapter) broke on one shower handle. It isn't available to purchase at plumbing stores or online. We are using a vise grip to turn on/off shower. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
