Perfect fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With considerable difficulty, I installed this handle and valve in our RV. Faucet is great, access was very tight. We love the temp limiting feature as we're very close to the water heater when showering.

Replacement Valve
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 14 years, the valve on my shower went bad. I called Pfister and within a week, they sent me a new valve, at no cost. Being Pfister backs their products, I will not buy another product, other than Pfister.

Great Support
I bought this shower head to go in a bathroom that I re-did from the studs. I under estimated some tiling dimension depth by about 1/8 inch. I called support, they understood the problem and they shipped me a part that made the handle fit perfectly - for free! with one call. So the shower works great, looks great and a "self created" opportunity for support also turned out great.
