Love the look, but constantly needs tightening

We have had these and the single towel holders installed in our home for about 7.5 years. They look great, but the paper/towel hook regularly loosens from the stem/base and will eventually fall off. I have to go through the home regularly to retighten them, which is a pain because you need to loosen/remove a small screw underneath the hook, pull the hook out, then tighten the screw that hold the hook onto the stem/base, put the hook back in, and tighten the small screw. This requires 2 different sizes of screwdrivers.

arm falls off toilet paper holder

I am also having a similar issue with arm of toilet paper holder falling off. Love the Ashfield faucet, and satisfied with towel rack, but toilet paper holder is regularly losing its post. Unlike previous reviewer, I haven't been able to get the screw tight--it dangles, and looks awful.
