Light up your semi-truck's air cleaner can with a Boogey Lights® super-bright LED light kit built for 13" or 15" air cleaner cans commonly found on the Peterbilt 379/389, the Kenworth W900 and other popular semi trucks. Each breather light set has 72, super-bright tri-chip LED strips which when installed are designed to be hidden inside the intake. It gives the illusion the breather is glowing. Offered in multi-color RGB, RGBA (RGB + Amber), Dual Color (your choice of a primary color + amber) and four different single color configurations. 12vdc power. This kit includes enough LED light strips to light up TWO air cleaners in the LED color configuration you select. 72 LEDs in two led strips per air cleaner. Each LED strip is 50" long with a 5' power lead. The kit includes an additional 25' of power lead wire and two quick-disconnects to make servicing of the air cleaner assembly easy without damaging the LED strip power lead. The single color and dual-color configurations do not include a switching mechanism. You'll need to provide your own on/off switch to operate the LEDs. The Dual Color LED configuration gives you the ability to switch between two different LED colors with the second color always being amber for DOT compliance. With a Dual Color configuration you'll need two switches (or a single ON/OFF/ON switch); one to control each color. The Dual Color options are: Red + Amber, Blue + Amber and Green + Amber. The multi-color RGB or RGBA color configurations include a Boogey Lights® GEN2 Combo RF + Bluetooth LED controller. The RGB version uses a KEY FOB RF wireless remote. The RGBA version uses a larger M7 style RF wireless remote. See photos. Both versions include our free bluetooth APP which allows you to control the LEDs using your smartphone. With the included RF wireless remote you get all of the functionality to change between 7 pre-set colors (Red, Green, Blue, White, Light Blue, Lime Green/Yellow, Hot Pink/Purple) and functions of on/off, blending, strobing, breathing, flashing, fading and dimming. The Bluetooth interface offers even greater control including the ability to custom blend for up to 16 million color possibilities, presets to save your most used settings, color programming (2 and 3 colors), countdown timer, time of day timer. Note that Boogey Lights® RGB LEDs are common cathode LEDs. They will only work with Boogey Lights® LED controllers. The multi-color RGBA version includes our core RGB tri-chip technology using a 5050 RGB LED with the addition of a fourth 2835 diode that is AMBER. Designed primarily for motor vehicle applications, that fourth AMBER diode can be operated using the included LED controller or wired to a separate switch on the dash (or tied into a relay to work with existing running lights) that allows you to quickly and easily turn on just the AMBER leds. Then, for those who want the flexibility to be able to display up to 16 million color combinations using the RGB tri-chip, they can do that too. RGB + A provides the best of both worlds. Single color amber plus RGB tri-chip multi-color. While Boogey® Lights LED light strips might look similar to all the others, don't be fooled.
