It would be nice if it come with some instructions as to how to put your dog in it. Make sure that their nails are clipped or you'll get scratched to pieces but once you figure it out, it's a very nice product. I found it easiest to unzip both sides get tail and hind paws thru their designated holes then zip the sides and do the front paws and closers. My dog seemed to be much calmer in this than other carriers I have tried.
