Always need more!!

This is a very nice weight and density. Great for machine and hand quilting. I'm quilting a wall hanging of Christmas for my Granddaughter. The batting is way too big so I'm trimming it to a rough size before quilting on my sewing machine! It's really easy to cut and sew! I bought the king size a 120x120. Because I have several things to make. Including a lap quilt. It's the perfect weight for all my projects. I get paid and I'm going to order another roll so I can make myself a king size comforter. I've heard people say they never wash their quilts!! Just air them out!! No! No! Do you know when you wash and dry a well made quilt it gets softer and more comforting. I'm talking about a hand made quilt with this great batting and good cotton batting! It's like love in a blanket!! I've used this brand of cotton batting many times ( I used to be a professional quilter and never had time to make more than a lap quilt for myself. But this batting has always held up great. One of my Christmas projects is making custom sized his and hers oven mitts!! LOL!😂🤣 my son in law loves to cook but he has man sized hands! My daughter complains the store bought ones are to big!?! So I'm doubling down on this batting to protect from the heat. And making some over sized hot pads too! Cut batting 1/4 to 1/2 in bigger than your topping and I cut the backing at least 1 in bigger than both. Then when you are through quilting. The use a lg ruler and a rotary cutter (nice and sharp)trim it all to size. I save all my batting scraps and zig-zag them together and make with 2layers to make potholders!! No waste!!
