I just got this today, tried it tonight, and here I am writing a review. But first, thank you Walmart for making this particular Partanna EVOO available to us. It is absolutely delicious. I make a mean ham and swiss sandwich on a ciabatta roll -- it's good, really good. The only thing I did differently was drizzle a little of this EVOO on both insides of the roll. The result was Deli level. I can't wait to try it on other things. To me this is strictly a finishing oil -- meaning no cooking with it. Tip: Look at the labels carefully. They can be confusing. Basically, the red labels are every day and heat friendly. The green labels are finishing oils -- no cooking with it. Within each label color are different oils. Today I got the smoothe, fruity and balanced. Next, I'm going for the green label, unfiltered EVOO. I already have red labels. Partanna is the real Italian deal, and within my budget. Try it. And Walmart, I'm grateful you carry it. (PS: I'm no EVOO expert, so read up a little if you haven't already. I tried to explain it in very layman's terms. Enjoy. It's delicious!)
