Cheap imitation product, NOT as shown in Listing

What a disappointment. This hat arrived late, with no tracking information provided. When it did arrive, it was packaged in a thin plastic envelope, rumpled %26 crushed beyond saving. Worst of all, it is NOT the hat featured in all the stock photos in the Listing. The hat is a cheap imitation with poor quality materials %26 workmanship (loose threads, weird shape). There is no adjusting strap inside the hat. I don't understand the other high reviews. I wrote the Shipper/Supplier to see if possibly they had the hat that they advertised %26 could send the real hat. We shall see!
