SPAM Lite, 9 Grams of Protein per Serving, 12 oz Aluminum Can

We have been eating the span light for over 28 years. We prefer the light because it is better for you are well as better tasting. We have learned to make some of our favorite recipes. We make shredded span light and mix a little miracle whip and eat it on a hamburger bun, it taste like ham salad. We shred span light and put it on opened hamburger buns sprinkle shredded cheese and put into the over until the cheese is melted and the bun edges are a little browned and crunchy. We also eat it with eggs by slicing it and frying it in a pan. It takes the place of bacon. We also cube it and mix it with max and cheese for added protein and mix in a can of peas, for a complete quick meal. We like that it can be stored in our pantry as a source of protein.

Love this spam; the light is so tasty and goes a long way. Pay attention to the fat and sodium content. A little healthier( lol) than the others and still tastes great. I use mine in a Mac %26 cheese casserole. A little pricey though
