This is a really nice cat carrier, but it may not comfortably fit a cat up to 20 pounds. I have a large black cat that is 17 pounds and she looks a little bit like a sardine. Upside: The quality is great. There are so many zipper options. The bottom is solid. Its design is done with intelligence.
