Prolific Pre-Workout

I spent about 1000 hours on TikTok (oh come on like you never have) reviewing all the pre-workout products. I also dropped a pretty penny trying them myself, only to find out that about 95% of them give me the jitters and for many uncomfortable hours after I've finished working out. Plus, I wasn't focused like some products claim and I made quite a few trips to the bathroom (gross I know, but it's the truth). Finally, I stumbled upon Prolific Pre-Workout. I purchased the Mango flavor. The price is roughly around 30 bucks and I don't mind the taste at all. The directions say to start off with one scoop and see how you feel. Around day three or four I started using 2 scoops because I had zero jitters yay!!! My routine is I try to work out for about an hour to an hour and a half, eat breakfast, take a shower and head to work. I've been on prolific pre-workout for about a month now and I have zero complaints. I can truly say it's my favorite. I look forward to trying the other flavors. I also highly recommend it to anyone that hates the jitters but likes to be focused. Hope this was helpful.

Worth it! This is such a great workout. I've tried a lot of different brands, and kinda over the years.
