I have super long arms so the sleeves are a bit short for me, however, the torso fits true to size and it's very comfortable. This is a thin fleece so it's almost more of a mid-layer or jacket for cool days but not the cold. Would be a good layer under a windbreaker or something like that. I got it to wear at work as a nurse — where a hoodie is not appropriate, this looks a lot nicer and has that athletic look to it.
