we feel like Walmart should keep a close eye on the item ordered and the item shipped. We recently have received the cheaper item compared to the item we ordered. This item was one of them. The blower we ordered had remote control and we received the manual opererated. Obviously a cheaper model. We were able to use it and kept it. This blower works well and moves a lot of air. While it is not as quiet as some it works for us.

Powerful air flow

Very nice. Lasko is a good brand. Some have said the fan is noisy but I don't think it's extraordinarily louder than any other. Of course No fan of this size is without noise. Remote button placement is simple to remember in the dark. The front panel is deceiving as I thought the vents were from top to bottom but they actually stop midway which doesn't hinder the air flow because it's powerful enough to circulate adequate air.

This is a fabulous fan!

We absolutely love this fan! It is very powerful, even on setting 1. It is in our family room and does make some noise but is much more quiet than the last fan we had - one of the round ones mounted on a tall pole. I like that the flow of the air can be directed up or down. Oscillation is maybe 45 degrees or less. Great fan! I bought one for a friend who came over to my house and loved it!
