The X-Small (21.0mm) AdvancedFit Flanges are made of super-soft silicone and are compatible with all Evenflo Feeding Advanced Breast Pumps, including the hospital strength Advanced Double Electric Breast Pump, Advanced Single Electric Breast Pump and Advanced Manual Breast Pump. The flanges are 100% free of BPA, polycarbonates, PVC and phthalates and are made of FDA-approved food grade material.

Perfect fit Although It was supposed to be available for pick up by the 2nd of April, it was not. I had to present myself personally to ask for my order at pick up, I suppose the first employee who helps me was new so I continued my shopping and when I was finished I returned to the pick up area only to find that my package was not found. I walked over to customer service and was helped by 2 very helpful employees and received my package within the first 5 minutes of asking for my order. Walmart even disposed of the box for me. Which is very convenient so that I wouldn't track more unnecessary germs into my home. Thank You Walmart!

I've been through three electric pumps with various flanges trying to figure out what worked for me and finally found these flanges the the double electric pump.
