Drink this every morning. Haven't been able to take my vitamins and minerals for the past 2 months. So I started drinking this for the last of my vitamin intake. I whip it in the blender and sometimes add couple slices of banana. YUMMO. I only wish they could lower the carbs. Is very filling also with just the right about of protein .If they could do that I'd drink it twice a day .

I've never liked to wake up and eat, so for those who aren't ready to eat first thing in the morning these are great! it leaves your belly full and when accompanied with milk gives you vitamins and good nutrition that you get energy from just like you do from eating a meal! it taste delicious, I prefer the chocolate flavor but they make a couple other flavors. they used to make a cappuccino flavor in a variety box that I loved but haven't seen it in years! Good bang for your buck and easy breakfast that can be on the go! you could also use this in between meals to hold you over.
