I've bought a different brand that turned out to be mad by the same company but I believe was a bad batch and tasted sour, bitter and just awful. so I was nervous to buy this. This was definitely a better batch. The taste is subtle and complimented everything I baked. Used on it's own it's more "chewy" and denser.
