It's a bit pricey but it's an excellent product. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. If you are looking for health to lower cholesterol etc etc this product is for you. can brew as a tea or put the powder in shakes, yogurt, salads, etc. only very slight change in the taste of the base foods

Delicious when aerated
This is a very deep green colored culinary matcha that foams very well. It is a tad on the bitter side to drink unaerated, but when you shake or mix it vigorously for 30 seconds, the aeration makes it delicious and sweet tasting. Good for an every day drinking matcha for a great price.

Best Organic Matcha!
I have tried many different brands, and the Organic Matcha sold by Food to Live is the best I have had, and at a great price! There are so many health benefits to drinking Matcha (ever wonder why the people in Japan live so healthy and long?) A truly great product. I recently ran out and tried a store bought organic brand. The taste was so unmistakably different I returned it and placed another order with Food to Live! A few days wait is well worth it!
