We know that the preferences of our consumers can vary, and we can understand the frustration when a product you have come to rely on for your oral care is changed. We are disappointed to hear that your recent use of our Oral-B Comfort Plus Floss did not offer the same great experience that you have come to expect, Michael. As you have noticed, we recently updated many of our flosses to a new Microtextured Fiber, and changed the floss from a ribbon-like floss to a tape-like floss. Currently, this is the only version of that floss available, and we will share with our team that you would like to see the Oral-B Comfort Plus available in its previous shape. For the time being, we would like to recommend trying our Oral-B Essential Floss, as this still comes in a ribbon-like thread.
