I have sleep apnea and constantly feel tired and exhausted. I was prescribed an ASV BIPAP type breathing machine to address my obstructive and central sleep apnea events. I was sent home after getting the machine being told I was experiencing low oxygen levels with my prior sleep apnea CPAP machine. I found this Wellue Checkme O2 wrist monitor and it has been life changing. I have worn it almost 24/7 since getting it 2 months ago. It shows your Heart Rate, Blood Oxygen O2 readings and activity level updated every 2 seconds. It showed my heart rate was dropping to dangerously low levels 40 bpm and lower and my O2 levels also were often low. It alerted me of both conditions with a vibration and or a audible alarm. It is easy to learn but has sophisticated charts on the phone or you can pay for service to have more robust information on your computer. The data helped me and my doctors to delve deeper and they found I needed a pacemaker implant asap because my heart would pause 4-10 seconds before restarting. This monitor does not tell you if your heart pauses, but alerts you to abnormally low or high heart rates and your important 02 blood oxygen levels. I since got the pacemaker, and they set it to a minimum heart rate of 60 bpm. Now my wrist device shows me that I never go below that rate anymore. It is an amazing device and I love the company that made it. They have communicated back through email when I had questions. I credit this device with helping me monitor my health, and likely saving my life.

Great product

It is very helpful to keep an eye on my oxygen saturation I have sleep apnea and sometimes it drops to low. I like that it has a vibration and beeping sounds when my saturation drops. I have had the rings before that only vibrated and sometimes I would sleep through it. I like this better. I also like that I can print out graphs for my doctor and if needed I can send him the results in a file it's very simple to keep accurate records. I have compared it to the finger clip pulse ox and the numbers are comparable within 1-2%.
