Best sauce for enchiladas!
This is my go-to sauce when I don't have the time to make my own homemade. Lends itself well to being personalized for taste (increase the spiciness %26 heat), but is honestly great right from the can. Perfect consistency and very flavorful - not too salty. I try to keep a can in the pantry at all times to make quick enchiladas for the family, and it also makes a good BarBQ baste for grilled ribs.
