The worst experience

An absolute terrible experience. The worst since becoming a member. The incorrect item was delivered. Neither Walmart nor bed bath and beyond were willing to make it right. Still awaiting a refund and they are not making it easy. Really shocked and disappointed in this transaction/experience. Ordered the toolbox pictured. The item delivered was a little dolly! Hoping we get our money back, eventually.
