I have been on a lowfat keto diet for about a year. Lost 65 lbs. so far. This is one of my foods that I treat myself with. Love the crunch and the spice of these thin little pressed seaweed snacks. I have never tried seaweed before and was not sure if it would taste like fish? So I asked Gemini, the AI on my phone, and he said buy the spicy flavor and it will not taste fishy. No fish taste at all, and only 15 calories, it's a great snack!

I love seaweed snacks and have tried several brands - Ocean's Halo, Bibigo. Gimme and this is my 2nd fave brand. These are tasty and adequately hot/spicy. I'm not a spicy loving gal but wanted to try every flavor available to me. I was able to finish the pack but I won't buy this flavor again. The heat/spicy isn't my thing but these were indeed good and had my mouth and lips burning decently - not too drastic though.
