Disappointing product, customer service, delivery!

Disappointing! Product is very cheaply made. Definitely NOT blackout. Fabric is a fuzzy polyester with faint, blurred incomplete printings of ocean images. Delivery was horrible! Receive notice product was delivered but ring doorbell never went off. First phone call to Walmart. Was told to wait a few days and look around at my neighbor's property or the package. Walmart said they would call me back but never did. Second phone call was told my request would be elevated and a refund would be coming. A week later, no refund! Out of the blue I received a phone call because my phone number was on the outside of the package with my address. A homeowner a quarter of a mile away said they had my package and I could come pick it up. VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT DELIVERY!!!
