Best Kettle for the Price

This kettle doesn't have any bells and whistles, it just gives you hot water, fast. I have one and use it daily. I know someone who drinks instant coffee (I know, yuck, lol) several times a day. He was using his stove to heat the water so I got him one for his birthday. He absolutely loves this kettle, and so does his wife. I told her I use mine for cooking whenever water needs to be added to a dish, and she tried it. They both just rave about this kettle. I also use mine to heat up dish water and mop water. Basically for everything that I need to add hot water to. Oh, if you have pots and pans, or just about any dishes for that matter, that need to soak, this makes short work of it. When I pour this hot water on them I usually don't have to scrub. Whatever food is stuck comes right off. The opening is tad smaller than I prefer (I have large hands) but is not a deal breaker. I have a kitchen towel that I use to keep it clean and dry. The inside is very shiny and pretty. The water is extremely hot so be careful while using and keep away from children. P.S. - just to let you know, some of the cheaper kettles do have an exposed heating element which I didn't know about when I first began looking for one. I happened to see it while in a store.
