I recently purchased the Vicks DayQuil and NyQuil Severe Cold and Flu Liquicaps (48 count) and they were a lifesaver during a rough cold. The DayQuil Severe helped me power through the day without making me drowsy. It noticeably reduced my congestion, sinus pressure, headache, and fever within about 30–45 minutes. I was able to function at work and stay productive, which is exactly what I need from a daytime cold medicine. The NyQuil Severe worked just as well at night.
