Great for MTF transition!

My partner is MTF transitioning, she was unhappy with her breast growth thus far and kinda hit a brick wall staying at the same cup size for almost 2 months... and within 2 weeks this helped her grow another 1.5 inches on her breasts. She was so happy, but beware if you are doing INJECTIONS you will bleed a lot more than normal so make sure you're careful!

Excellent for those with severe dysmenorrhea

Ever since I had my period at 14, my menstrual cramps have only been what nightmares are made of. Sadly, it has only gone downhill as I get older to where I have to be completely bedridden for a couple of days because I can barely function. It has gotten so bad where I became immune to any NSAID like ibuprofen or Midol. Eating a very healthy diet with no dairy and no meat has only helped minuscule. The only solution I've found that has worked for me now has been two servings of dong quai in conjunction to a serving of Midol every 4 or 5 hours. I also take dong quai a couple of days before my period begins in order to reduce the pain in my stomach when it comes. It's not the ultimate treatment for 100% pain free, but it works to where I can at least relax now to a much higher degree and eat throughout the day instead of throwing up everything from unspeakable cramping pain. And for that, I do not take this herb lightly. It has been life changing.

Wow. Gave me my first normal cycle in almost 10 years.

For the last 10 years or so I've had 22/23 day cycles. Bad pms and sometimes cramps leading up to it. Then I took 1 Dong Quai daily a few days before I would normally start my cycle and magically the pre cramps disappeared and all of my PMS symptoms subsided. I started freaking out because it didn't feel like my period was coming at all. Then it came making my cycle 28 days instead. My cramps were also less than before by about 25%. May be a good thing to try for women suffering from low progesterone or estrogen dominance.
