Bromelain has a slight fishy odor that can be dissipated by leaving the lid open for a short time. Store in a cool, dry place for optimal shelf life. Nutricost Bromelain is 120 capsules of 500mg of bromelain. Only 1 capsule per servings, so 4 months supply in every bottle. This dietary supplement is gluten free and non-GMO.
