Been taking this stuff for about 2 weeks now and it does work. For the first 2 days I felt a slight sensitivity in my head, not a headache but a noticeable change as in it felt like my blood pressure had changed. After the first couple of days, all good. This stuff does have a bitter aftertaste but you don't need a fruit smoothie or other sweet mix, just get a Blender Bottle, add a good 300-400ml of water and shake it up to mix it well. I've been drinking it with straight water and now I don't even notice the bitter aftertaste anymore. Most importantly, this stuff definitely works, I would describe it as a 'passive pump', as in even if you are not lifting or exercising your muscles still feel pumped up and sometimes well into the evening. I drop a scoop or two into my smoothies in the morning. That way I don't taste it. Does it taste bad alone? Yes. Does it taste bad if you mix with water? You can tell it's there, for sure. Can you taste it in a smoothie? Nope.
