Pricey, but meets the Healthful objective
Tastes somewhat similar to sodium chloride (regular table salt) to me, more so when applied to food. However, everyone's preferences are, of course, different and you'll have to try it for yourself to see how it works for you. Americans, in general, consume too much sodium and not enough potassium and this is one tool to create more balance. Contents: 100% potassium chloride, fine grind.
