Nice mattress and amazing Novilla customer service

I had some questions and I am so impressed with the response time and follow-up from Novilla customer service. They are so helpful. The mattress is great. I have to explain that I haven't slept on it - it is in a guest room but it looks and feels very nice. The 12 inch is about 11.5 inches but just fine. There were slight wrinkles on the top of one side initially due to the folding but seems to have resolved. I did a lot of research before I bought and felt good about the brand and Walmart had a really good price.

I love my mattress!!! I have Psoriatic Arthritis, a form of Rheumatoid Arthritis, and i was really suffering on my old mattress. Did a lot of research then decided to purchase this on. Im very pleased with my purchase. While i will always have pain because of my condition, its considerably less now and I'm finally getting a full night of uninterrupted sleep. I dont have to get up periodically in the night to walk around to ease the pain. Thank you Novilla.
