Noughty Non-Alcoholic Rouge

The Noughty Rouge is a well-balanced red wine with a silky texture that showcases notes of ripe fruit, crushed black pepper, and dried rose petals. It is crafted from Syrah grapes that are grown on dry land in Darling, South Africa and aged on a blend of 3rd and 4th fill barrels and French/American oak staves for 8-10 months. The grapes are carefully selected from strategic locations that receive ample sunshine and cooling winds. This sophisticated wine is low in sugar, low in calories, and is B-Corp certified, making it suitable for a wide range of individuals. To maintain its distinctive body, color, and flavor, the wine is dealcoholized to 0.5% ABV using a gentle, vacuum-based spun cone technology at low temperatures.
