Make the popular Danish treat Aebleskiver, filled pancakes, in your home. Serve sweet or savory anytime!
- Measures: 11.5" x 6.5" x 1"
- Hole size: 2" / 5cm diameter
- Hole depth: 0.75" / 2cm
- Fill with fruit, jam, cheese, chocolate, or meats.
- Recipes and instructions included.
- First, wash your new pan using hot, soapy water.
- Season your cast iron pan before using it by coating it with vegetable oil (peanut, grapeseed, or canola) over the inside surface up to the rim.- Place the oiled pan upside down on the baking sheet and bake the oiled pan in the oven for approximately one hour at 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Wipe off excess oil. Pan is ready to use.
- To clean, use very hot water and a scrubbing brush, then dry.
- If you use soap you will need to re-season the pan after washing it.
- To store, spread a light coating of oil on the inside surface of the pan.

I read the description of this pan twice to make sure it was what I needed. It arrived yesterday and its perfect. I wanted a sturdy pan to make donut holes, mini cake pops and mini donuts. I seasoned it for an hour in the oven. Let it cool a few hours. Mixed up my donut hole recipe. Put the batter in the cavities and baked them. Done very fast. They did stick a tiny bit, but they tasted great. I've been using silicone pans because the cast iron is heavy. But this pan was perfect.
