I like these NB Sweatpants with cargo pockets. I bought a medium and a small. The size small actually fits the same as the size medium,or better. I actually feel like the mediums are tighter around the waist than the small. Im usually in between a size medium and large or size 10/11 in jeans. They do run pretty baggy every where. I'm 5'5" and 145 pounds for reference. I hope this helps
