I had to get online to get a manual and instructions because it didn't come with any paperwork. Also, nowhere in the description on the site does it say this is a refurbished unit, but it is according to the box. When did Walmart start selling refurbished second-hand merchandise?

Won't grab water from tank to machine

I bought this just about a year ago and it is already broken. The water wont feed from the tank to the machine side and I tried everything the manual said and it is still not working.
