Why does Walmart not sell Newman's Own Raspberry?

This is my favorite salad dressing and for some reason it is always out of stock. This order was filled by it being shipped and the 2 bottles cost over $ 20.00 (which is highway robbery! But I have tried many other dressings and I was really wanting this product. It also took over a week to receive the bottles.
