I bought New Chapter fermented Vit B because it has natural ingredients and it is quality controlled. I know whats's on the label is actually what's in the bottle. New Rhythm uses a fermenting process to help the body absorb the nutrient better. I have Neuropathy as a sideeffect from the Chemotherapy. My Oncologist recommended that I take Vit B Complex to help repair the damaged nerves. I am noticing a difference in my energy and sleep, as well as, starting to get some feeling back in my fingertips. It is also easy on my stomach.
