I hurt my knee so I had to be in bed a few weeks so I bought the Nestl Reading Pillow and I absolutely love it. It's like having a comfy, fluffy recliner in your bed. It came with a head/neck pillow that attaches to the top and a knee pillow. It has pockets on the sides for storage. The best part about this pillow is it has a WASHABLE cover!!! Just unzip it and throw it in the wash. P.S. My husband is so jealous of my pillow and now he wants one AND my knee injury recovery has been so much better than I thought due to this pillow.

Attention to detail is evident in the design such as a little pouch for the zipper pull (doesn't dig in; stays put doesn't unzip the pillow if unintended). The fabric is soft and feels wonderful; the color was true. This is one overstuffed "pillow" - no sagging at all unless you want it. I removed handfuls of foam to soften it for me. This comes in a much smaller box than you might expect. They vacuum seal it to reduce the volume for shipping - understandable. Expect about 3 days for it to expand to full size (it's amazing). I have no nits about anything.

I bought this skeptical of the feeling it would give but surprisingly this was a hit. The pillow was bought for my son, he uses it when he watches tv on the bed. At first it was so squashed in the box it took 1 day for it to form its original shape. The pillow is comfortable to use when sitting or lying down and it gives good support..
