we bought 2 of these for our Son %26 Daughter in Law for Christmas. he is an amateur Chef...he just Loved them. Especially being able to use the removable handle cover that makes it interchangeable on both pans. Our entire family has owned and used LODGE (Cast Iron) Fry Pans for 4 (FOUR) Generations now. When my Son requested "CARBON STEEL" Pans.. I was not familiar with them, when I started hunting for them %26 saw LODGE made them... I knew those would be the 1 I could trust.!!

Great skillet! The 10 inch skillet fits nicely on my electric range. Ours has developed a very nice seasoning. Not the same experience as non-stick but still very good. Cooking eggs takes a little practice to get accustomed to carbon steel.

FANTASTIC

This has been a long time coming to have this piece of cookware hit the market. I am so pleased with its performance, I go to it first. Heat distribution is A#1, I need to have the total control of the cooking process this allows me that ability , It heats up fast with equal distribution through out the pan, gives me perfect searing. I love the long handle as well as the silicone grip, slide the grip off, finish off your master piece in the oven. Just be sure to keep it oiled. Also the Health benefits are a Major Plus. You Will Not Disappointed If You Love To Cook .
