Poor design.
1st.....did not receive the hand-held loofha. Only the back scrubber. 2nd....the back scrubber is very thin. Because of that, you have to hunch your back to get the center scrubbed. It's very inexpensive so I'm not upset, but not worth even the little cost. I tossed it out.
