This product is exactly what I was looking for. Great flavor and right amount of heat. I use it in soups and stir-fries and love these peppers. They of course are dry, so the shelf life is great, but I still keep them in the freezer to ensure long shelf life. You can't go wrong with this purchase. Pros: -- multiple sizes so you can choose your level of heat -- package says mild, and they are -- good quality...went well in my recipe Cons: -- does not include a sealed bag...had to use a clip -- price is a bit high...$8.99 for 4 ounces(that's over $35 per pound) Should last a long time. Might look for a better deal next time, but still this was a good purchase.
