For Use: Seal'n Go Breast Milk Bags are pre-sterilized. Do not wash before use. To Fill for Breast Milk Storage: Put date on bag before filling. Open zippers, pour breast milk into bag and reseal for storage. Dry the exterior before freezing. To Use with Nuk or Other Bottles: If frozen, thaw in refrigerator or on countertop. When thawed, open zippers and pour contents into reusable bottle. Dispose of bag. To heat, place bottle under hot running water or in container of heated water and warm to feeding temperature.

Good Storage bags
These are great storage bags. I've not experienced any issues with the seals on the bags. I had a couple of occasions where they leaked, but that was my fault: If you freeze them in a freezer with a wire rack, make sure to put something under the bags so that they do not sag in between the wiring. If that happens and they freeze around the wiring that will sometimes cause a hole in the bag when you try and pull it out. I know- sounds dumb, but it wasn't something that I had considered when putting the bags in the freezer :)

Life Saver
I first started using these in the hospital while my son was in the NICU. The hospital had them and gave them to me to use so it was quite easy to pump and take down. I was so afraid I wasn't going to be able to find them because a lot of times you can't find things hopitals have. I freeze them, travel with them, feed with them. They are great. I find that if you rub the zipper a little bit, they open much easier.
