Perfect!!! Total knee replacement it combats swelling after workouts fits snug or loose and stays in place either way. Followed directions and froze it 24 hours before first use. After that, it takes just a couple of hours til frozen. can move the gel inside for where the bruising is.

Easy ice for knee

The NEWGO knee ice pack gives a solid 20 minutes plus of cold therapy to my knee. When it has been in freezer for 3-4 hours it gets a little stiff but is malleable with some pressure. One side is plastic the other is felt and I don't need another layer between the felt side and my skin. I ordered 2 and one of them had one strap stitching break but it hasn't affected its use. I'm able to make straps tight enough to get up and move around with it in place. I get all but maybe an inch covered with cold with the pack wrapped completely around my knee. I wear women's size 16-18 in Levi's straight leg jeans (XL in most joggers and leggings) if that helps with knowing fit. The ice packs have made icing a knee replacement much more convenient and easier.
