I just went through two mops and they broke right at the part where you twist to release the water and it happened somewhat shortly after I bought them. I saw this online I thought I would try something different. So far, very good! You just place the mop in the spinner and it releases all the water and you're ready to go.

Works well The only problem I had was when putting it together, the mop head came out of the box very tangled. It took a bit to get it straight. Works well. I haven't laundered the mop head yet, but it does seem to be durable.

Other than that I'm convinced these users just don't know how to put it together it doesn't come broken yes it's a little confusing but after about two minutes you'll have it figured out if you don't lack common sense.
