This dehydrator is great. I have a 20 year old white, round, Nesco dehydrator that works great. I wanted to make jerky and purchase hated this one. It works twice as fast and half the time of my order one. I was able to make 20 lbs of finished jerky in 2 days with both of them. This new dehydrator worked twice as fast as my old one. Definitely worth the money. Easy clean up and easy storage. It also doesn't look bad if you want to leave it on the counter permanently.
