WD 40 for Joints

I take this along with my glucosamine & chondroitin. I have experienced increased mobility, and flexibility in my joints. It has improved my daily Pilates workout routines. I noticed improvement in about 3 weeks of adding to the glucosamine/chondroitin that I take daily. I wouldn't be without it. I call it WD 40 for my joints!

Improvement in Joint Health

I take celadrin along with glucosamine/ chondroitin daily. I've experienced improvement in my joint health. I'm able to go for walks with my dog, run after my 4 year old son, and even enjoy my Pilates class. I definitely notice when I run out of these supplements.
