A Great Mini Skillet With One Flaw
As a single woman, this skillet is the perfect size for me. I got it to cook scrambled eggs. I'll probably find more uses for it, but my photos show my first try at cooking eggs. The skillet heated evenly and cooked eggs perfectly. The problem with it is the heat adjustment knob doesn't have an indicator to show how hot it is. I'll probably dab it with nail polish so I can see what setting it's on. I love the way it breaks down to store compactly in my small kitchen! Overall it's an excellent purchase at a great price and I'm pleased with it.
