love these rugs
I really liked this rug but the color was not right for my room. It is more turquoise so I replaced it with the Leilani blue one which is perfect. I already have 2 of these rugs. The colors are bright and the patterns are beautiful and washable. I may buy more in the future. So glad I found them. Customer service is also great.

Solid Cream Runner
Unhappy with this process. About 6 weeks ago I was sent a carpet in the color that I had not ordered. It came to the house in tan when I had ordered a Solid Cream Runner. I'm happy with the runner but have made one phone call and sent two emails trying to make the exchange. I talked to Erica who assured me the exchange would take place . My order was placed on April 21, 2021 and my call was the day it was received. My order number is: #MMC2055. I would greatly appreciate expedition of this product because I like the runner. Could have been a lack of communication between the office and the warehouse. In fact, Erica mentioned this. Pls. send my carpet. Thank you.
