Perfect rug!

First of all, this carpet arrived in less than 24 hours. The shipping is super quick and they packaged it so well. It's lightweight and it came folded, so there are some creases at first. I did try to lay flat for a day but it didn't go away so I decided to wash it. It washed super well and dried so quick. I love how I don't have to buy another pad because it comes with it. It washes so well and perfect if you want a white/ ivory rug with pets/ kids. The rug brightens up our living room. I definitely recommend this rug.

Great customer services

The rug arrived on time and it was as beautiful as the picture shows. However, it was too heavy for my washing machine. I have an LG 2.3 cu. ft. washer/dryer combo and it wasn't able to wash the rug. It just stopped working in the middle of the washing cycle. The rug was just too heavy for it, so I've decided to return it. The customer services was great. They responded really quick to my e-mail. I was able to return the rug and receive my money back. 5 stars customer services.

Very nice!

I have bought some other brands of washable rugs, I like this one a lot better. Having 1 piece (instead of 2 like other brands) lets the rug lie better and nit bunch up when you vacuum it. Even though this was significantly less expensive than the other brand, it feels like it’s better quality. I will be buying more. Please expand your offerings to bigger sizes if you can!
