So far so good! I have used it once and it was easy to use. I like the checkmarks on the bag for you to easily track number of uses of the bag (you can use it up to 30 times I believe).

I got these as a gift. To be honest, I probably never would have purchased something like this myself because I've never been too stressed about sterilizing things frequently. However, I have to say that these bags make it way easier to sterilize bottles and pacifiers than boiling a pot of water. You add a small amount of water, toss in your bottles, then microwave it for a few seconds. Easy! They're also pretty idiot-proof: I didn't follow the directions the first time and added the water after the bag was full of bottles, and it still worked without ruining anything. I especially like that there is a spot to check off each use so that you know when it's time to get a new bag. I also like that you can drain the water without opening the bag, so you don't have to wait for it to cool off. Really, the hardest part about using these is checking your microwave wattage (which should be inside the door somewhere). No boiling water, setting a timer, then waiting for everything to cool before taking it out. So simple, I might have to start sterilizing my bottles more often!
