Sturdy and powerful, this immersion blender got top ratings in several consumer websites. It is a great value and easy to use. For small amounts it is much quicker than using a full-size food processer. Be aware that it is recommended that chefs let immersion blenders cool down for two minutes after each minute of use. That has not been a problem for me. Highly recommended.

I wish I would've bought this sooner. It's easy to use, easy to clean, %26 feels heavy duty. It'll be nice to have in hand for the days I don't feel like dirtying an entire blender. And only $20? You can't beat the price! We'll see how it works… but upon opening, assembling, %26 cleaning it, it I am happy with the product!
